Our dairy goats, which consist of Nubian, Sanaan, and Toggenburg breeds, produce quality milk that enhances the quality of all our natural products. For edibles such as cheese, ice cream, bottled milk or yogurts, the goat milk contains a naturally high vitamin content so that the milk does not need to be fortified (have vitamins added to it) as cow milk does. Further, the enzyme that carries the lactate in goat milk is much smaller in comparison to the enzyme in cow milk. As a result, people can digest goat milk much more easily without bloating or other issues. Numerous individuals that have been diagnosed with lactose intolerance have tested their success in consuming goat milk without irritability.
